去年《逆水寒》初次和大家见面时，就已经有女素问了，这说明制作这个流派其实不存在技术难题。之所以一直没有男素问，单纯是因为开发组在这个流派的“刚”与“柔”的表现力上，无法取得一个令人满意的平衡。

如果动作表现太刚硬，可能与素问悬壶济世的治疗属性有些偏离；但如果动作表现太柔软，则会陷入和女素问同质化、且缺少男性气质的困境；另外还涉及到男角色对丝带的使用问题，如何才能不违和，这在很长一段时间里困扰着开发组。
